Dear Mr. McWaters,
The Bartlett Animal Shelter Commitee would like to take this opportunity to express a sincere thank you. Your sponsorship of the "Bowling for Darling Dogs and Cute Cats" Bowl-A-Thon was very generaous and we appreciate the support. This was the first time for the Commitee to have this type of fund raising event, and since it was so succesful we hope to continue it next year.
We were able to raise funds for much needed medicines and supplies for the Bartlett Animal Shelter and with your assistance the children from Youth Villages enjoyed a fun-filled day of bowling. It was such a joy to see the excitement on their faces, and they expressed their gratitude for being invited to participate.

Ed, for some unknown reason, your voicemail about the May flood just arrived in my voicemail inbox today. I am sorry I didn't respond to it earlier, and wanted you to know that we really appreciate your concern. We had no damage other than a dam on a pond failed, but it needed to be redone anyway. I am glad you came through ok too.
I have said this before to you, but to repeat it, Anne and I view you as the most competent and professional real estate person we have ever met (and a nice guy too!). I wish you could have represented us in middle Tennessee.

I just don’t think it’s possible to find a better team of real estate professionals than Lee and Shannan McWaters. In the past six months, they have assisted my daughter and son-in-law in purchasing their first home, they have assisted my husband and me in the purchase of a new home, and they have very successfully facilitated the sale of our previous home which sold in a two week period.
Their experience in the Memphis real estate market is broad and lengthy, and they both exhibit a level of integrity and professionalism that reaches the highest level. They are extremely thorough with their analyses and explanations, the research they provide is extensive and valuable, and they are always available and responsive. They make you feel like you are their only client, even though you know you’re not. And the benefit of having both of them to work with is priceless. Although they communicate and coordinate as one team, they both have somewhat different styles and personalities. I personally saw this as an incredible benefit – especially during those tough decision-making times when it was so important to look at the issues from multiple perspectives.
As I mentioned, our house was contracted just 14 days after we put it on the market. Within a day or two at most after we listed with the McWaters, photos had been taken and a beautiful custom video had been prepared for the MLS listing. We had our first showing 2 days later, our first open house 2 days after that (with about 6 or 7 walk-throughs), and a few more showings the following week. And then, we received a contract from the first person who saw the house.
Lee and Shannan took care of all of the details….so much more than I have ever experienced with realtors before. They insisted on being present at the closing just in case something went wrong. Their advice was sound and realistic and thorough. They took the time to fully understand our goals and our needs, and they adapted them as their own.
I hope that I have answered your specific questions, and I apologize for the run-on superlatives……but in the case of Lee and Shannan, they are well-deserved and spot-on.
