The company owes much of its success to Louise "Bebe" McWaters, the founder. Her gentle and gifted touch has made McWaters & Associates the thriving real estate company that it is today. A former head cheerleader at the University of Alabama, she built her company on enthusiasm and a positive outlook. Her dedication shows through the devoted agents and the quality of her ethics, education and experience. Over the years, Bebe taught her children about the family business and, most importantly, instilled in them the values which remain the foundation of the company today.  In 1997 Bebe was awarded the highest honor a REALTOR® can receive, Realtor of the Year, and in 2004, her youngest son, Lee followed in her path.  Although Bebe is still the managing broker in the firm, Lee purchased the company in 1995 and continues the tradition of hard work and honesty with a personal touch.
